Bryce has an array of construction industry business experience. Bryce’s responsibilities are to oversee the affairs and activities of IKPS and report back to the members of the business. He leads the development and execution of the long term strategy, ensures the company is appropriately organized and staffed, accesses the principal risks, and ensures effective internal controls and systems are in place. In addition to his role at IKPS, he serves as CEO of The Olen Corporation and CEO of Kokosing Materials, Inc.

Tim started his career as a well tender and moved up through the ranks, gaining extensive expertise in all phases of the oil and gas industry. During his 20-year career with Columbus Gas Transmission, Tim grew from his position as tender to a team leader and completed his tenure as chief inspector and project manager for NiSource’s Engineering and Construction Division.
Looking for new and challenging construction opportunities, Tim has utilized his experience from years of working in the private sector to develop relationships and find ways to provide our customers with the type of contractor that knows their customers’ needs and struggles, in order to support their efforts as a valued partner.
With 15 years at Kokosing, Inc., Brittney has been involved in a multitude of complex projects. She has worked her way from laborer to field engineer and superintendent to project manager, tackling heavy civil and underground utility projects. As part of the merger with Kokosing in 2012, Brittney has helped support the company’s growth in the oil and gas industry and operations in Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Roles and responsibilities include, document controls, cost management, scheduling, and coordination of equipment, personnel and subcontractors.
Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the construction and mining industry including extensive knowledge of pipeline construction, coalfield construction and land reclamation. Jeff is responsible for managing multiple pipeline projects of various size. Prior to joining Integrity Kokosing Pipeline Services, he was the Operations Manager for Black Diamond/Kokosing Construction Company. Jeff draws on his years of operations experience and his training from serving in the United States Marine Corps to oversee company safety and ethics policies and coordinating project resources.
Ted has spent the past 39 years in the construction industry rising through the ranks, starting as an operator and building upon his expertise to take on the role of project superintendent, managing multiple projects in the Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania region. Ted specializes in pipeline construction, integrity work and facility construction.
Adam is a veteran of the construction industry with over 35 years of experience. Prior to his involvement with Integrity Kokosing Pipeline Services Adam had been an Area Manager with Kokosing Construction Company, overseeing challenging large scale projects in all construction disciplines. He has extensive experience in estimating, purchasing, problem solving and coordinating manpower. His current responsibilities include management and oversight of all field and production operations including safety, training and team member development.
PROJECT MANAGER / ESTIMATOR
Victor has spent close to 20 years in the construction and pipeline industries. The majority of his time has been spent in project estimating and engineering of multiple pipeline, treatment plant and utility projects.
Lukas has a wide array of experiences ranging from manufacturing management to business consulting. He started in the pipeline construction field as a laborer working his way up to engineer/general foreman. He uses his past experiences to provide services in cost analysis, project scheduling, project engineering and project estimating.
As Field Engineer, Collin supports the operation teams and project managers. His primary role includes overseeing subcontractors, coordinating material purchases and managing deliveries. In the field, Collin works alongside our customers’ inspection team to track progress, review drawings and complete invoicing. Collin also brings extensive experience working for a local construction company during college.
Chris is experienced in the oil and gas industry. He has worked as an as-build technician gaining knowledge on over 30 well pads in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Additional roles on include: completing field and final red line drawings, fabrication drawings, material handling and product tracking. As a Field Engineer, Chris is responsible for field coordination, billing and invoicing, scheduling and purchasing.
